Credit card One-time payment
Please pay online.
As soon as the procedure is completed, the
purchase will be made with a credit card and the amount will be deducted
from the credit card transaction account on the specified date.
*Please use card which is valid until the date of
boarding and on which the passenger’s name is signed.
We
recommend using a card that the personal authentication is
available.

Change / Cancel

We accept only one ship (departure date / route) and cabin change after
payment, free of charge.
Please change through the Internet Reservation Service.* Changes on the Internet will be accepted until 3 days before the departure date, and cancellations will be accepted by the departure time of the reserved ship.
- The following refund fee will be charged for 1 person, 1 room, and 1 unit for cancellation after payment and for the second and subsequent changes (*1).
(*1)In the case of the second change, the refund fee at the time of the
first change will be calculated as a charge and the refund fee at the
time of the second change will be calculated, and the higher of the
refund fees will be charged.
* If canceled after payment, the
following fees will be charged.

- Less than 10 yen will be rounded up.
- The refund fee for checked baggage is 100 yen.
- Refund is not possible after departure.
Refund Method
- We will refund the completed amount to the credit card account used at the time of payment, and we will process the refund fee for purchase with a credit card.

The number of days until refund depends on the date of receipt of the
refund procedure, the deadline of the credit card company,
and the timing of the refund processing procedure, and it may take 2 to 3 months.
