You can board with two-dimensional bar code of “e-ticket customer copy” on your smartphone.
(In this case, you don’t need to go through boarding procedure at the counter.)
Customers who do not have an "e-ticket customer copy"
You need to go through boarding procedure at the counter.
You can get “e-ticket customer copy” there.

When you take Tourist S / State / Deluxe,
two-dimensional bar code of “e-ticket customer copy” is your room key.
(The room key is valid only during the voyage.)
Passengers who need to go through boarding procedure at the counter
*If you fall under any of the followings, please take a ticket at the counter.
We give you an “e-ticket customer copy” after the procedure.
*In case you have round trip reservations, please complete the procedure for both ways at the counter of the outbound port of embarkation.
Please show your “e-ticket customer copy” to our staff when you embark / disembark.
*If you board by car, please make sure not to leave your “e-ticket customer copy” in your car.
